Kids and Ladders is a holiday fundraising initiative organized by participating International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) organizations. Campaign proceeds help provide gifts, clothing, shoes, jackets, and other seasonal assistance to children, families, and people with disabilities.
Depending on local needs, IAFF members may accompany children and families while shopping or purchase and distribute needed items directly.
The program helps local families experience a more secure and joyful holiday season while strengthening connections between firefighters and the communities they serve.
