Kids and Ladders is a holiday fundraising program organized by participating International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) organizations. Funds raised through local campaigns may help provide gifts, clothing, shoes, jackets, and other seasonal necessities to children, families, and people with disabilities.
Based on local needs and available campaign funds, IAFF members may accompany families while shopping or purchase and distribute needed items directly.
The program is designed to provide practical holiday assistance while strengthening community-centered connections between firefighters and the people they serve.
