Our Mission: Responsible Fundraising Support

The Phoenix Group USA provides professional telephone fundraising services for nonprofit and first responder organizations, including Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) lodges and International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) affiliates.

We help participating organizations conduct structured fundraising campaigns that support community programs for children, families, students, and first responders. Supported initiatives include Cops & Kids, Santa with a Badge, Kids and Ladders, and Fill the Helmet.

Our role is to help participating organizations communicate clearly with prospective supporters, organize responsible outreach, and maintain dependable campaign support while their members remain focused on public service and community programs.
